The
commitment from INPIPE is to be a total system supplier incl. delivery
of liners, equipment, knowledge and training of local personnel in order
to ensure a long-term solution.
We enjoy a close working relationship with pipe installation companies
that offer our clients the optimal local solution for each individual
project. Above all, Inpipe's ultraviolet curing light technique provides
complete process monitoring during the hardening stage. Moreover, our
computerised control system documents all the parameters for the pipes,
liner and installation. Thanks to meticulously selected components and
quality-controlled production, we are able to guarantee a corrosion-resistant,
long-life end product.
Independent wear tests and load tolerance tests have shown that the Inpipe
liner has a service life of at least 50 years.

In our line of
business, the speed of light means the piping system back into operation
the same day. And it really is that fast with Inpipe's documented economical
and durable pipe renovation system. Rapid installation time is one of
the reasons for our international success.
Light is more energy-efficient
Of the several alternative No-Dig methods available, we are developing
the use of light and air. Our unique glass-fibre reinforced liner is pneumatically
pressed against the walls of the old pipe and then hardened using ultraviolet
radiation. Compared to conventional methods, this is superior in terms
of low energy comsumption, environmental aspects and flexibility.
Pro-environmental installation
Rapid, energy-saving, efficient and stable. Latest-development should
also be included here. The new, inner, protective foil of our modified
liner completely prevents styrene from leaking out during the installation
process. Compared to other No-Dig methods, we feel that this is a major
breakthrough. Light, air and Inpipe - offering a pro-environmental installation
process and making economical sense for our clients!
