Certified since 1995
Inpipe Sweden AB is ISO 9001 certified. We have a quality assurance process for the continuous development of the entire business. We do everything from thorough arrival checks on all materials and our own recurring strength tests to the final product and packaging quality checks.
ISO 9001 is a management system standard for the quality processes of a company or organization. The management system describes how we constantly improve and adjust our business to meet customer needs.
ISO-9001 is based on seven principles:
- Customer focus
- Employee commitment
- Process orientation
- Fact-based decisions
- Relationship management
To become ISO-certified, first and foremost, a management system is required and we must then meet the requirements set out in the current standard.
We have developed internal control programs that guarantee 100% traceability of materials (who has done what and when). We can track all steps for your finished product. We also have systems to manage and learn from your feedback and suggestions, so we can work to find solutions for improvement.
Obviously, a product should work as intended and provide a good end result, but quality is so much more. We constantly listen to our customers. The goal is for you to get what you are looking for, and preferably a little more. That is why we work to continually improve to meet your needs and desires.
As a customer, you can be sure to get:
- The right dimension
- Correct ring stiffness
- The right product type
- Delivery to the right place on time
- The right invoice
